Designing No-Code Websites & Landing Pages for Small Businesses

I begin every project with a detailed brief. We usually start with a call, which I record so I can capture all the important information about the project. I use Notion to organise the materials and manage the project, keeping everything structured and accessible in one place.

After the call, I prepare a presentation that includes competitor analysis, the proposed visual direction, and the key elements of the future design: typography, colour palette, mood, and overall style. I also outline the specifics of working with Tilda and highlight any important legal considerations.

I move on to the design stage only after we have discussed and approved the proposed direction.

Once the overall direction and structure are approved, I move on to the design stage in Figma. I usually adapt the layouts for two to four screen sizes. For the initial review, I typically prepare desktop and mobile versions at 1280 px and 360 px.

After discussing the layouts and making the necessary revisions, I start building the website in Tilda. Depending on the project, I use standard blocks or create custom layouts in Zero Block. When the budget and project requirements allow, I also add custom elements using code and AI-assisted tools.

After the website is launched, I provide the client with short video guides explaining how the main sections work, how to edit text and images, and how to update the content independently.
